Transcriptomic response to dorught stress

The goal is to assess the transcriptomic response of Nothofagus alpina to a drought stress experiment. A de novo transcriptome assembly was obtained. Stressed and control samples were analyzed to seek for key genes of activated or suppressed metabolic pathways in response to drought.
