Water and water surfaces from the topographical base of the City of Zagreb 2018 – WMS INSPIRE

Network service that serves data from the “Water and water surfaces from the topographical base of the City of Zagreb 2018 INSPIRE”. It complies with the INSPIRE Directive and the NSDI Act (OG 56/13, 52/18, 50/20), and accordingly serves data via WMS, WFS or ATOM service. The data served is harmonised according to INSPIRE theme “Hydrography” and is available for review or download. They contain geometry depicted as polygons in appropriate layers (HY.PhysicalWaters.Waterbodies, HY.PhysicalWaters.Waterbodies.Waterbodies.Persistence and HY.PhysicalWaters.Waterbodies.Man.Made) and spatial object types (Watercourse and StandingWater), according to the application scheme Hydro – Physical Waters. Polygons are associated with the values of belonging to a given category of water body stability (https://inspire.ec.europa.eu/codelist/HydrologicalPersistenceValue) and values of vertical position in relation to the soil. It is originally data containing information about the type of water surface. The service is intended for strategic and spatial planning, management and development of the City. This network service is developed, managed, maintained and updated by the City of Zagreb.
