Raw data aggregated by external collectors is first filtered for noise and transmitted securely through air-gate isolation between the production network and office network, before being finally stored in a distributed manner and analyzed for trends. The system pre-sets two-level thresholds for temperature and vibration, corresponding to early warning and alert respectively. When the thresholds are exceeded, the system will automatically trigger SMS and APP push notifications for alerts, so as to ensure efficient production operations.
