针对“多场-多相催化原位同步辐射分析平台研制及其应用研究”课题的关键指标:具有高信噪比的原位动态表征技术”的指标1.1“同步辐射PDF”。在2020年11月-2024年3月期间,基于北京同步辐射装置(BSRF)3W1线站,通过对线站功能改进和优化,设计并搭建了“PDF/XRD实验平台”。在该实验平台上获取了原始数据、分析数据和图片合集,数据获取按照实验、仪器操作规范进行,相关数据验证了所搭建的PDF/XRD实验平台相应性能及相关能力。开展同步辐射PDF实验平台搭建,实现常规PDF实验,并获取径向空间(即:R空间)0~20Å 范围内高信噪比数据。数据量约为1GB。

Regarding Indicator 1.1 "Synchrotron Radiation PDF (Pair Distribution Function)" under the core requirement of "in-situ dynamic characterization technology with high signal-to-noise ratio" for the research project titled "Development and Application of In-situ Synchrotron Radiation Analysis Platform for Multi-field and Multi-phase Catalysis". From November 2020 to March 2024, the "PDF/XRD Experimental Platform" was designed and constructed at the 3W1 beamline of the Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility (BSRF) via functional improvements and optimizations of the beamline. A comprehensive dataset including raw data, processed analytical data and experimental images was acquired on this platform. All data acquisition procedures were conducted in strict compliance with experimental and instrument operation standards, and the collected data validated the performance and operational capabilities of the newly built PDF/XRD experimental platform. The construction of the synchrotron radiation PDF experimental platform enabled routine PDF experiments, and high signal-to-noise ratio data within the radial space (i.e., R-space) range of 0–20 Å was obtained. The total volume of the dataset is approximately 1 GB.
