SORC

SORC database is the first Spatial Omics Resource of Cancer, covering currently available spatial transcriptomics datasets for 17 types of cancer, comprising 722,899 spots across 269 slices. In particular, we explored the cell composition for each spot based on the matched reference scRNA-seq data involving 334,379 cells and 46 cell types.SORC数据库是首个癌症空间组学资源库（Spatial Omics Resource of Cancer），收录了目前公开的17种癌症的空间转录组学数据集，覆盖269张切片，总计722899个测序斑点（spots）。其中，研究团队基于匹配的参考单细胞RNA测序（scRNA-seq）数据，对每个测序斑点的细胞组成进行了解析，该参考数据集涵盖334379个细胞及46种细胞类型。
