Development of 15N-RNA-Stable-Isotope-Probing for detecting active diazotrophs from the environment.Sequences are amplicons of the bacterial 16S-rRNA obtained from different SIP gradient fractions.The RNA used for SIP originated from a beech-forest soil, which was incubated in the presence of 15N2 gas for varying time periods.
