此数据集包括1条tif格式的数据。鉴于TNFA可以破坏BTB的完整性，我们采用生物素示踪法检测了睾丸中BTB的通透性。对照组小鼠中，仅在睾丸间质检测到生物素信号；LPS注射后5周，在WT小鼠的某些生精小管中可以观察到生物素信号；而在Tnfa-/-小鼠的生精小管中未检测到。
