This dataset is constructed by real-time monitoring of the core operating indicators of the merchant operation mini-program, and establishes a dual early warning mechanism consisting of a rule layer and a model layer, to accurately identify and issue early warnings for system performance bottlenecks, security risks and operational anomalies. For the company (software developer), this dataset can significantly improve the operational stability of the mini-program. Through the intelligent abnormal early warning mechanism, it optimizes the troubleshooting efficiency of the development team, effectively reduces the risk of system crashes, and guarantees the continuity and security of merchants' businesses. For third-party cooperative institutions, this dataset can strengthen multi-party collaborative risk management and control capabilities, improve the stability and compliance of interface calls, and provide credible technical guarantees for ecological cooperation. Data Collection and Preprocessing: (1) Data Collection: 9 data fields are collected during the operation of the company's merchant operation mini-program, including collection time, CPU usage (%), memory usage (%), single-page loading delay (seconds), number of concurrent online users, user data integrity score (points), number of requests within 1 hour, backlog of task queues, and number of triggered abnormal operations. (2) Data Preprocessing: Clean the data to eliminate outliers and duplicate records; normalize the number of concurrent online users and the number of operations within 1 hour to eliminate dimensional differences. 2. Establishment of Early Warning Models and Rules: A two-level judgment mechanism combining the rule layer and model layer is adopted to ensure rapid response and accurate early warning. (1) Rule Layer: Prioritize intercepting high-risk events, with the following rules: - When the user data integrity score < 0.6, directly determine it as data abnormality and trigger a red warning; - When CPU usage > 95% or memory usage > 95%, determine it as resource overload and trigger a red warning; - When the backlog of pending task queues > 1000, determine it as production task congestion and trigger a red warning; - For all other cases, no warning is triggered. (2) Model Layer: Adopt a lightweight logistic regression model (based on the open-source ResNet model and the lightweight Flask API framework), which inputs the 9 preprocessed indicators and outputs the abnormal probability value (0-1); - If the abnormal probability value > 0.7, determine it as a high-risk abnormality and trigger an orange warning; - If the abnormal probability value is between 0.4 and 0.7 (inclusive of 0.4 and 0.7), trigger a yellow warning; - For all other cases, no warning is triggered.
