Dynamic profiling of histone Kcr and Kla during neural differentiation in vivo

To gain a deeper insight into dynamic changes of histone lysine crotonylation and lactylation during embryonic neurogenesis, ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq and RNA-seq were performed to analyze the genome-wide changes of histone Kcr and Kla in the developing telencephalon. ChIP-seq, ATAC-seq and RNA-seq were both performed with two biological replicates, and sequenced on Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.

为深入解析胚胎神经发生过程中组蛋白赖氨酸巴豆酰化(Kcr)与赖氨酸乳酸酰化(Kla)的动态变化,本研究采用染色质免疫共沉淀测序(ChIP-seq)、转座酶可及性测序(ATAC-seq)及转录组测序(RNA-seq)技术,对发育端脑中的全基因组组蛋白Kcr与Kla修饰变化展开分析。本次实验中,ChIP-seq、ATAC-seq与RNA-seq均设置两次生物学重复,并在Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台完成测序。
