BALL BEARING DATA SET WITH AND WITHOUT FAULTS IN THE INNER AND OUTER RACE

The vibration signal data collected from bearings of different health conditions and machine speed ranging from 600 to 3000 rpm. In this experiment 36 samples were collected in MATLAB format, where 4 samples are from the healthy bearings, 16 with inner race failure and 16 with outer race failure. The failures were caused by electrodischarge with diameters ranging from 1 to 2.8 mm. The vibration signal was acquired at a sampling frequency of 3000 samples/second and the signal length was 5000 points.本数据集涵盖在600至3000转每分钟（rpm）的主机转速下，不同健康状态轴承采集得到的振动信号数据。本次实验共采集得到36个以MATLAB格式存储的样本，其中4个样本取自健康轴承，16个样本带有内圈故障，16个样本带有外圈故障。上述故障均由电火花放电工艺产生，故障直径范围为1至2.8毫米。该振动信号的采样频率为3000样本每秒，单条信号的长度为5000个采样点。
