KPC-producing K. pneumoniae ST512: Genome sequencing

Twenty-eight KPC-producing Klebsiella pneumoniae consecutive isolates recovered from eight patients (colonized for more than six months, over the period between 2017-2021) have been characterised using whole genome sequencing, in order to evaluate the inter- and intra-patient evolution of these bacteria over time.
