对甲醇储罐危险源状态进行传感检测，依据检测指标做出客观评价，按照重大危险源GB18218等标准为技术依据，运用相应标准值预警值与被测传感数值直接测量法作为数据处理方法，通过实时检测的温度、压力、液位等数值，与系统内设定的值进行实时比对，当出现数据偏差时，会在中控发出声光报警，提示采取相应安全防治措施。数据来源中提供了本公司检测收集分析系统截图，证明了本数据集合自行生产的属性。This dataset conducts sensing detection on the status of hazard sources in methanol storage tanks, and carries out objective evaluations based on detection indicators. Taking standards including GB 18218 for major hazard installations as the technical basis, it adopts the direct comparison method between measured sensing values (e.g., real-time detected temperature, pressure and liquid level) and preset system values as the data processing approach. When data deviations arise, an audible and visual alarm will be activated in the central control room to prompt the implementation of corresponding safety prevention and control measures. The data source includes screenshots of our company's detection, collection and analysis system, which verifies the self-produced attribute of this dataset.
