储能系统采集及控制功能失效试验数据集主要面向储能系统全寿命周期安全性研究与智能运维需求建设,基于实验室搭建的硬件在环仿真测试环境,利用日置数据记录仪LR8450-01、索英充放电采集器ABAM3232、dSPACE仿真测试台SCALEXIO等设备,通过触发不同失效模式(如电芯电压采集失效、通讯失效、供电外部干扰等)和控制系统失效(如热管理系统或电气回路失效),模拟并记录电池系统采集及控制功能失效后的故障演化特性。数据集主要包括多模式、多条件下的故障特性测试数据,以及热失控故障演化过程特征信息。数据采集严格遵循GB/T 34131-2023等标准,数据以.csv和.jpg格式存储,总量16MB。数据集支撑指标7.1全寿命周期故障多维演化机理图谱与指标8.1故障-热失控-燃爆全链条征兆集和故障处置知识库的构建,为储能系统安全与可靠运行提供理论基础与数据支持。
The test dataset for energy storage system acquisition and control function failures is developed to meet the needs of full-lifecycle safety research and intelligent operation and maintenance for energy storage systems. Based on the hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation test environment built in the laboratory, it uses equipment such as the Hioki data logger LR8450-01, SOYING charge-discharge collector ABAM3232, and dSPACE SCALEXIO simulation test bench. By triggering various failure modes including cell voltage acquisition failure, communication failure, external power supply interference, etc., and control system failures such as thermal management system failure or electrical circuit failure, this dataset simulates and records the fault evolution characteristics of the energy storage battery system after its acquisition and control functions fail. The dataset mainly includes fault characteristic test data under multiple modes and conditions, as well as characteristic information of the thermal runaway fault evolution process. Data collection strictly complies with standards such as GB/T 34131-2023, and the data is stored in .csv and .jpg formats with a total size of 16 MB. This dataset supports the construction of indicator 7.1: Multi-dimensional Evolution Mechanism Map of Full-lifecycle Faults and indicator 8.1: Full-chain Precursor Set of Fault-Thermal Runaway-Combustion and Explosion as well as the Fault Disposal Knowledge Base, providing theoretical basis and data support for the safe and reliable operation of energy storage systems.
