本数据集系统收集了抗逆产油丝孢酵母菌株的筛选及其在混合糖发酵中提高糖油转化率的实验数据。数据集包含两部分:(1)通过ARTP诱变与定向进化技术筛选获得的高浓度乙酸钠耐受及木质纤维素水解液耐受菌株的实验数据;(2)优化发酵条件(pH、乙酸钠添加、金属离子调控)降低发酵液黏度、提升糖油转化率的摇瓶与发酵罐实验数据。数据采集时间为2022年至2025年,包括生长曲线、油脂产量、糖耗、发酵液黏度、转录组分析等多项指标。所有数据均经过三次重复实验验证,采用标准分析方法(如尼罗红染色、酸热法提油、HPLC、GC等)进行测定与质量控制。本数据集为微生物油脂生产菌株的定向育种、发酵工艺优化及木质纤维素资源高值化利用提供了系统的实验数据支撑,具有重要的科研与产业应用价值。
This dataset systematically collects experimental data on the screening of stress-resistant oleaginous Trichosporon strains and their improved sugar-to-oil conversion efficiency in mixed-sugar fermentation. The dataset consists of two parts: (1) Experimental data on strains with high-concentration sodium acetate tolerance and lignocellulosic hydrolysate tolerance, screened via ARTP mutagenesis and directed evolution technologies; (2) Experimental data from shake flask and bioreactor studies that optimize fermentation conditions (pH, sodium acetate dosage, metal ion regulation) to reduce fermentation broth viscosity and enhance sugar-to-oil conversion efficiency. The data collection period spans from 2022 to 2025, covering multiple indicators including growth curves, lipid yield, sugar consumption, fermentation broth viscosity, transcriptome analysis, and more. All data have been validated through three independent biological replicates, and were measured and subjected to quality control using standard analytical methods, such as Nile red staining, acid-heat lipid extraction, HPLC, GC, etc. This dataset provides systematic experimental data support for the directed breeding of oleaginous microbial production strains, fermentation process optimization, and high-value utilization of lignocellulosic resources, holding significant scientific research and industrial application value.
