全案由智能裁判辅助办案平台测试数据集用于对全案由智能裁判辅助办案平台辅助功能开展测试。该数据集基于公开裁判文书网中的判决书，由课题组通过数据模拟、分析挖掘等途径获取数据创建而成。每个案例具体包括起诉状、答辩状、庭审笔录、审理报告等卷宗类型。数据集覆盖民事、刑事、行政等涉案领域中的全部案由，共计112531个案例的测试数据集，其中刑事领域346个罪名，包含案例39350个；民事领域730个案由，包含案例66347个；行政领域110个案由，包含案例6834个。This test dataset for the All-Case Intelligent Judicial Adjudication Assistance Platform is designed to evaluate the platform's auxiliary functions. The dataset is constructed based on judgment documents from China Judgments Online, and was developed by the research team through methods including data simulation, analysis and mining. Each case contains multiple types of case files, such as statement of claim, statement of defense, court trial transcript and hearing report. The dataset covers all case causes in the fields of civil, criminal and administrative litigation, with a total of 112,531 test cases. Specifically, there are 346 charges in the criminal field involving 39,350 cases, 730 case causes in the civil field involving 66,347 cases, and 110 case causes in the administrative field involving 6,834 cases.
