Egyptian familial germline mutations

Few relevant studies have been done to address the frequency of germline mutations in Familial Egyptian BC patients and it was only to investigate BRCA1/2 germline profiling. Thus, it was important to conduct this study to assess the frequency of germline mutations in early and late onset familial breast cancer (BC) Egyptian patients using multi-gene panel sequencing to better understand the contribution of the inherited germline mutations in BC predisposition.
