树势中庸，树冠开张，中短果枝为主，具有侧花结果习性。雌雄同期，花期 3月上旬，果实成熟期 8月上旬，四川盐源县嫁接 10年后亩产可达 220 kg。坚果中等偏大，腹径 3.71 cm，果高 4.27 cm。平均单果重 17.31 g，壳厚 1.2 mm，可取整仁，出仁率 55.64 %；核仁充实饱满，粗脂肪含量 64.62%，粗蛋白含量 15.44%。

The tree exhibits moderate vigor, with a spreading canopy, predominantly bearing medium and short fruiting branches, and has the habit of fruiting from lateral flowers. Male and female flowers bloom synchronously, with the flowering period occurring in early March and fruit maturing in early August. When grafted in Yanyuan County, Sichuan Province, the per-mu yield can reach 220 kg 10 years after grafting. The nuts are medium-to-large sized, with a ventral diameter of 3.71 cm and nut height of 4.27 cm. The average single nut weight is 17.31 g, with a shell thickness of 1.2 mm; whole kernels can be extracted intact, with a shelling percentage of 55.64%. The nut kernels are plump and well-developed, with a crude fat content of 64.62% and crude protein content of 15.44%.
