The aim of this study was to evaluate the association between biologic behavior and survival time of dogs with cutaneous MCT with prognostic indicators. This prospective and longitudinal study followed 37 dogs with MCT. We correlated clinical factors (age, gender, time of onset, number of lesions, ulceration, tumor size, lymph node and distant metastasis, and recurrence rate) with histologic grading, immunohistochemical staining for Ki67 (samples were classified as >23 positive cells/5 HPF or ≤23 cells/5 HPF) and KIT pattern (cytoplasmic or membranous).本研究旨在结合预后指标，评估皮肤肥大细胞瘤（cutaneous Mast Cell Tumor，MCT）患犬的生物学行为与生存时长之间的关联。本项前瞻性纵向研究共纳入37例MCT患犬并完成随访。本研究将多项临床相关因素（包括患犬年龄、性别、发病时长、病灶数量、溃疡情况、肿瘤大小、淋巴结及远处转移情况、复发率）与组织学分级、Ki67免疫组织化学染色（样本按每5个高倍视野（High Power Field，HPF）阳性细胞数＞23个或≤23个进行分类）以及KIT蛋白表达模式（胞质型或膜型）开展了相关性分析。
