公司委托蒙城县鲲网信息工程有限公司(以下简称鲲网公司)代建，鲲网公司发包给安徽中科星驰自动驾驶技术有限公司(以下简称中科公司)、中电信数智科技有限公司(以下简称中电信公司)建设和运营，项目包含产生数据的自动驾驶观光车及配套设备以及汇集数据的智能网联公交监管应用。公司与鲲网公司签署了《蒙城县智慧停车项目委托代建合同》保密协议，鲲网公司与中科公司、中电信公司签署了《蒙城县智慧停车智能网联充(换)电基础配套工程(一期)项目合同书》保密协议，确认项目数据权益归属于公司，各方遵守保密义务。The project was entrusted to Kunwang Information Engineering Co., Ltd. of Mengcheng County (hereinafter referred to as "Kunwang Company") as the construction agent by the principal company. Kunwang Company subcontracted the construction and operation work to Anhui Zhongke Xingchi Autonomous Driving Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Company") and China Telecom Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Telecom Company"). The project includes autonomous driving sightseeing vehicles and supporting equipment that generate data, as well as intelligent connected bus supervision applications that aggregate collected data. The principal company signed a confidentiality agreement for the "Entrusted Construction Management Contract for Mengcheng County Smart Parking Project" with Kunwang Company. Kunwang Company also signed a confidentiality agreement for the "Contract for Mengcheng County Smart Parking Intelligent Connected Charging (Battery Swapping) Basic Supporting Engineering (Phase I) Project" with Zhongke Company and China Telecom Company. All parties confirmed that the data rights and interests of the project belong to the principal company, and shall abide by the stipulated confidentiality obligations.
