数据来源于国家卫生计生委2014年新疆流动人口卫生计生服务流出地监测调查数据，后期使用STATA统计软件进行加工处理，生成Excel属性数据表。数据反映了2014年中国新疆7个监测地区（划分为南北疆）人口基本特征，包括：性别、年龄结构、户籍地、民族、受教育程度、户口性质、婚姻状况、汉语掌握程度、有无身份证等在各分类区间的人数和行百分比分布。

The dataset is derived from the 2014 outflow-site monitoring survey data on health and family planning services for the floating population in Xinjiang conducted by the National Health and Family Planning Commission. It was subsequently processed using STATA statistical software to generate an Excel attribute data table. This dataset reflects the basic demographic characteristics of the population in 7 monitored regions (divided into northern and southern Xinjiang) across Xinjiang, China, in 2014, including population counts and row-wise percentage distributions across categorical intervals for variables such as gender, age structure, place of household registration, ethnicity, educational attainment, type of household registration, marital status, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, and possession of a resident identity card.
