Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stimulated with synthetic double-stranded RNA, poly I:C. Gene expression was profiled using Affymetrix Genechip. The study included the data from human peripheral blood monoculcear cells cultured with poly I:C or vehicle control. Total RNA was analyzed by Affimetrix genechip.
