RNA was collected from cancer cell lines(EVSA-T, LnCAP, HCC-70 and ZR-75-1) expressing Cas9 for RNA-seq. RNA expression profiles will be compared to the parental cell lines from which the Cas9 clones were dervived. This data is part of a pre-publication release.
