As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, Ramsey County has undertaken significant changes in how it provides service. In-person contacts have been minimized, and phone, internet and drop-off/pick-up services have been increased. This dashboard tracks drop box usage, call center activity, library curbside experience and walk-up center volumes.
