虾白点病毒（WSSV）核衣壳复合物的冷冻电镜数据主要面向虾白点病毒核衣壳的结构和功能的研究，为阐释虾白点病毒DNA保存与注射的生物学机制和该病毒的科学防治提供了结构生物学基础。本数据由青岛国家海洋中心电镜平台的Titan Krios冷冻电子显微镜收集，记录了虾白点病毒核衣壳的各组分结构密度图并搭建其原子模型。This cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) dataset of the white spot syndrome virus (WSSV) nucleocapsid complex is primarily intended for studies on the structure and function of the WSSV nucleocapsid, providing a structural biology foundation for elucidating the biological mechanisms underlying WSSV DNA storage and injection, as well as for the scientific prevention and control of this virus. This dataset was collected using a Titan Krios cryo-electron microscope at the Electron Microscopy Platform of the Qingdao National Oceanographic Center, and it records the structural density maps of each component of the WSSV nucleocapsid as well as the solved atomic models thereof.
