ChIP-chip of DSB factors in the presence and absence of S phase checkpoint induction

ChIP-chip was used to compare DSB factor localization in wild-type and checkpoint mutant strains under S phase checkpoint inducing and uninducing conditions.本研究采用ChIP-chip（染色质免疫沉淀-微阵列）技术，对比野生型菌株与检查点突变菌株在S期检查点诱导及非诱导条件下的DNA双链断裂（Double-Strand Break, DSB）因子定位情况。
