Views and perspectives on the development of mass valuation standards in South Africa

Data was collected using the mixed methods. These included the interviews, survey questionnaire, and secondary data analysis. Confidentiality and anonymity of the interview participates was guaranteed and ensured. The interviews recordings were transcribed and anonymised. Extracts were used in the text to explain the findings. The questionnaire responses were quantitatively analysed, presented in graphic form and presented in the text. Statistical analysis was employed to the secondary data.
