Corneal confocal microscopy has been increasingly deployed in clinical research studies. However, the effect of image selection, repeatability and the number of images required to accurately quantify CCM images has not been addressed. 角膜共聚焦显微镜（corneal confocal microscopy）已日益广泛应用于临床研究当中。但目前尚未有研究探讨图像选择、量化可重复性以及精准量化角膜共聚焦显微镜图像所需的图像数量所带来的影响。本研究表明，采用标准化方案选取角膜共聚焦显微镜图像，可实现较高的观察者内及观察者间角膜神经量化可重复性，且仅需6幅图像即可满足分析需求。
