Towards blood-free Anopheles rearing and control.

Study of gut microbiota composition in mosquitoes fed on blood and blood free diets over 3 generations. The aim is to determine if a blood free chemically defined diet has any impact on the genomic architecture and the microbiome of Anopheles females in comparison with standard bloodmeal.
