To further identify the underlying mechanisms of HSF1 in LN metastasis, we performed genome-wide RNA expression profile screening in which we compared gene expression profiles in HSF1-knockdown and control T24 cells To further identify the underlying mechanisms of HSF1 in LN metastasis, we performed genome-wide RNA expression profile screening in which we compared gene expression profiles in HSF1-knockdown and control UM-UC-3 cells Overall design: Bladder cancer cells T24 were treated with SiRNA or control for 48h, respectively. The RNA of the treated cells was extracted and sequenced on Illumina platform and 100-bp paired-end reads were generated.
