本项数据服务基于浙江省化学原料药产业大脑,主要针对于医药化工企业,特殊作业危险性高,受限空间内动火作业易引发中毒、窒息、爆炸等事故。动火作业前,需办理作业票,明确区域、方式、时间、人员等信息,落实安全措施后方可动火,动火作业完成后需要对作业安全性进行评价,作业安全性可以用数据运算进行量化分析,体现在作业效率系数上,因此产生了该项数据集运算。作业票效率系数的分析结果是作业效率和安全程度的重要体现。目前应用平台数据服务的各大医药化工企业均产生了效益的提升。该项数据服务可向整个医药化工行业推广,实现了医药化工企业作业效率的标准化管理,提高医药化工企业的作业安全性。1.数据采集:运用大数据平台,对医药化工行业各企业相关作业票数据进行采集并汇总,对部分数据和字段进行脱敏清洗。 2.数据运算:(1)承包商的作业票比重a=n/N×100%,其中N为总作业票数量,n为承包商的作业票数量;(2)作业总时长T=t1+t2+t3,其中t1为作业状态持续时长,t2为作业超期时长,t3为验收终止时长;(3)作业票效率系数x=a*T,结果保留两位小数。3.数据分析:若x<3,则作业分析结果为“A级作业”;若3≤x<6,则作业分析结果为“B级作业”;若6≤x<9,则作业分析结果为“C级作业”;若x≥9,则作业分析结果为“D级作业”。

This data service is based on the Zhejiang Province Chemical API Industry Brain, targeting pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises. Special operations feature high risks, and hot work in confined spaces easily leads to accidents such as poisoning, suffocation and explosion. Before conducting hot work, a work permit must be applied for, clarifying information including the operation area, method, time and personnel, and safety measures must be fully implemented before the hot work can start. After the completion of hot work, the operation safety needs to be evaluated. The operation safety can be quantitatively analyzed via data calculations, which is reflected in the operation efficiency coefficient, hence this dataset is generated. The analysis result of the work permit efficiency coefficient serves as an important indicator of both operation efficiency and safety level. Currently, all major pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises that have applied the platform's data service have seen improved operational benefits. This data service can be promoted across the entire pharmaceutical and chemical industry, enabling standardized management of operation efficiency for pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises and enhancing their operation safety. 1. Data Collection: A big data platform is used to collect and aggregate relevant work permit data from enterprises in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, followed by desensitization and cleaning of partial data and fields. 2. Data Calculation: (1) Contractor's work permit proportion a = n/N × 100%, where N represents the total number of work permits, and n represents the number of work permits issued to contractors; (2) Total operation duration T = t1 + t2 + t3, where t1 is the duration of the active operation state, t2 is the duration of overdue operation, and t3 is the duration of acceptance and termination; (3) Work permit efficiency coefficient x = a*T, with the result retained to two decimal places. 3. Data Analysis: If x < 3, the operation is classified as "Level A Operation"; if 3 ≤ x < 6, it is classified as "Level B Operation"; if 6 ≤ x < 9, it is classified as "Level C Operation"; if x ≥ 9, it is classified as "Level D Operation".
