The dataset contains electrical and mechanical signals from simulations on two three-phase squirrel cage induction motors with different rotor and stator slot combinations modeled using MATLAB software. The first motor at 2.2kW, two poles, three phases, 50 Hz, 400V and tested with rotor slots numbers 20, 29, and 32. The second motor had 2.2kW, four poles, three phases, 60 Hz, and 400V, with 36 stator slots and two rotor slot numbers, 28 and 44 [55]. The rotor slot numbers were chosen after researching the manufacturer's database with commonly used combinations. The simulation tests were carried out for full mechanical loads on the induction motor axis and different broken bar defects (one broken bar, two broken bars, and three broken bars) in the motor rotor, including data regarding the rotor without defects (healthy) at a sampling rate of 2k Hz. A single-line diagram may represent the rotor circuit's current flow. This diagram is intended to depict the modeling of a broken rotor bar and end ring. These graphics might help you understand how these changes affect the current flow. Features include: Time, Phase-A Stator Current, Phase-B Stator Current, Phase-C Stator Current, Rotor Bars Currents, ring current, Rotor Speed, Rotor Position, and Target Classes. It provides four classification outputs: healthy, one-BRB, two-BRBs, and three-BRBs for two different induction motors: (M24Ns, (20,29,32) Nb) and (M36Ns, (28,44) Nb).
