Ucluelet Accelerometer Deployed 2018-03-22

The Nanometrics Titan SMA (S/N 000643) was deployed on 2018-03-22 at Ucluelet. Ucluelet is a community on west coast of Vancouver Island. This device is a Accelerometer. Accelerometers are instruments that measure accelerations. Acceleration can be static such as gravity pulling objects toward the earth, or dynamic as caused by oscillatory movements of the instrument. It was deployed on a fixed platform. Data from this deployment were archived and made available through Ocean Networks Canada's Oceans 2.0 digital infrastructure, with quality assurance and derived data products following established practices.纳米测量（Nanometrics）公司的Titan SMA型设备（序列号：000643）于2018年3月22日部署在尤克卢利特（Ucluelet）。尤克卢利特是温哥华岛西海岸的一个社区。该设备为加速度计（Accelerometer），加速度计是用于测量加速度的仪器。加速度可分为静态加速度（如地球引力产生的重力加速度）与动态加速度（由设备的振荡运动引发）。本次部署将设备安装于固定平台之上。此次部署产生的数据已完成存档，并通过加拿大海洋网络（Ocean Networks Canada）的Oceans 2.0数字基础设施对外开放获取，所有数据均遵循既定规范开展质量保障工作并生成衍生数据产品。
