Research proposal on the impact of technology in training and development

This study establishes the impact of technology in terms of training and development in South Africa. It includes the impact the technology has on management in terms of decision making and the impact the implementation of technology has on organization’s development and innovation and how it affects employees. According to (Rahman, 2022) training mode has a significant impact on employee performance and training evaluation. It benefits the organization by reducing employee turnover, increasing employee productivity, and contributing to higher financial returns.
