通过采集区域内代表门店日常记账数据进行分析，为门店管理人员提供依据，可以监管门店店员情况。 对客流量、成交数、销售金额、商品销售数进行分析，计算门不同区域内的店员工活跃指数数据，对不同门店员工进行调整，增加门店服务质量，从而增加门店业绩。数据采集：线下通过设备和手动录入的方式采集数据到数据库作为原始数据源。 数据处理：首先对采集记账数据进行初步处理，计算出每日客单价（销售金额/成交数）净成交金额（销售金额-退货金额）转化率（（成交数/客流量）/员工）人均业绩（净成交金额/员工）人均销售数（（商品销售数/成交数）/员工），在进一步的算出每日同比增长（（今日人均业绩-昨日人均业绩）/昨日人均业绩）和员工活跃指数（（客单价*人均销售数-人均业绩）/人均业绩）+转化率*同比增长值+1 ，其中1为每日基础活跃度），根据员工活跃指数对门店员工每日工作进行综合评分，活跃指数大于等于2为合格，小于2为不合格。This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing daily accounting data from representative stores within a target region, aiming to provide decision support for store managers to supervise their staff's performance. It conducts analyses on passenger flow, transaction volume, total sales amount, and quantity of sold goods, computes employee activity index data across different store zones, optimizes staffing allocation for various stores, enhances store service quality, and ultimately boosts store operating performance. Data Collection: Offline data collection is conducted via two approaches: device-based data gathering and manual input, with all collected data stored in a database as the original data source. Data Processing: First, preliminary preprocessing is carried out on the collected accounting data, and the following core indicators are calculated: daily average transaction value (total sales amount / transaction volume), net transaction amount (total sales amount - returned goods amount), employee-specific conversion rate ((transaction volume / passenger flow) / number of employees), per capita performance (net transaction amount / number of employees), and per capita sales quantity ((quantity of sold goods / transaction volume) / number of employees). Subsequently, two additional metrics are calculated: daily year-on-year growth rate ((today's per capita performance - yesterday's per capita performance) / yesterday's per capita performance) and employee activity index ((daily average transaction value * per capita sales quantity - per capita performance) / per capita performance) + employee-specific conversion rate * daily year-on-year growth value + 1, where 1 represents the daily basic activity level. A comprehensive daily work score for store employees is then assigned based on the employee activity index: employees with an activity index greater than or equal to 2 are classified as qualified, while those with an index less than 2 are unqualified.
