The goal of this study is to determine the effect of the 12/15-lipoxygenase deficiency on transcriptomic profile of alveolar macrophages. Overall design: Expression profiling by bulk RNA-Seq. Alveolar macrophages were obtained by bronchoalveolar lavages of adult (6-8 weeks) wild-type or Alox15-deficient mice using PBS.
