Data generated through ATAC-seq on nuclei isolated from the frontal cortex of 3 human fetuses aged 16, 18 and 19 post-conception weeks (obtained from the MRC- Wellcome Trust Human Developmental Biology Resource [HDBR]). Assays performed on unselected (bulk) nuclei and nuclei selected for either positive or negative staining for NeuN by fluorescence-activated nuclei sorting (FANS).<br>High confidence open chromatin regions (OCRs) in bulk fetal frontal cortex were determined by merging all technical and biological replicates and selecting peaks overlapping FDR &lt; 0.01 peaks observed in at least 2 of the 3 biological replicates. High confidence OCRs in NeuN+ and NeuN- were determined by merging all technical and biological replicates and selecting FDR &lt; 0.01 peaks that overlapped with the bulk annotation.<br>OCR coordinates given according to the Genome Reference Consortium Human Build 37 (GRCh37) / hg19.<br><br>Files:<br>OCRs bulk fetal frontal cortex<br>OCRs fetal frontal cortex NeuN-OCRs fetal frontal cortex NeuN+<br><br>
