OECD PRTR

OECD PRTR, short for Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, is a database established by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) dedicated to monitoring and preventing industrial pollution. This database compiles data on toxic substance emissions from industrial facilities into air, water and land, covering emission information from both stationary and diffuse sources. OECD PRTR provides global pollutant release datasets, supporting query and comparison functions based on country, pollutant type or industry sector, to aid governments in formulating environmental policies and promoting the application of Best Available Techniques (BAT).
