中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所;在PDA培养基上菌落白色,边缘不规则,两周后直径达到9cm,气生菌丝不发达,短绒状,菌丝浅色,光滑,壁薄,分支,偶有隔。分生孢子梗透明,光滑,直立,多瓶梗状,侧生于菌丝上,分支不规则,无隔。分生孢子大小两型,顶生,大分生孢子浅色,壁厚,弯曲或直,底部较宽,两端尖,2-4隔,14.5-36.5×1.5-2.5 um,小分生孢子浅色,光滑,壁薄,0-1隔,由单出小梗生出,圆柱形或卵圆形,两端多钝圆偶尖,4-14×1-2 um,无厚垣孢子形成;-80℃冰箱冻结;矿物油法
Institute of Medicinal Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. On PDA medium, colonies are white with irregular margins, reaching 9 cm in diameter after two weeks. Aerial mycelium is poorly developed, short floccose, light-colored, smooth, thin-walled, branched and occasionally septate. Conidiophores are hyaline, smooth, erect, mostly ampulliform, laterally attached to hyphae, irregularly branched and aseptate. There are two morphological types of conidia: macroconidia and microconidia, both borne terminally. Macroconidia are light-colored, thick-walled, curved or straight, broad at the base, pointed at both ends, 2-4-septate, with dimensions of 14.5–36.5 × 1.5–2.5 μm. Microconidia are light-colored, smooth, thin-walled, 0-1-septate, produced from solitary phialides, cylindrical or oval, mostly obtuse and occasionally pointed at both ends, with dimensions of 4–14 × 1–2 μm. No chlamydospores were formed. The strain was preserved by freezing in a -80℃ refrigerator using the mineral oil method.
