This product features an integrated hardware and software design that comprehensively tracks, controls, records and replays the maintenance processes of operation and maintenance (O&M) personnel. It is managed through a B/S (Browser/Server) architecture via HTTPS. Its core functions include authorizing, monitoring and auditing the remote operation processes of O&M personnel on servers, network devices and databases, thus realizing comprehensive supervision over the entire IT O&M workflow. Adopting advanced design concepts, this product supports a variety of remote maintenance modes.
