We hypothesized that IL-33 created Tc1-like condition in the modifying tumor microenvironment (TME). RNA-seq analysis of dendritic cells (DCs) showed the elevation of Il1rl1 and SEMA4A by IL-33, the latter of which was confirmed by qPCR, without significant upregulation of IL-12. Overall design: We conducted RNA sequencing on IL-33 and PBS treated CD11c+ dendritic cells in triplicate.
