Data on Hill-Bone Compliance to High Blood Pressure (9-Items) in Older Adults in Iran

the HBC-HBP Scale as a common scale for measuring adherence with hypertension has never been tested in Iran. Methods: The demographic questionnaire and Persian, Turkmen, and Kazak versions of HBC-HBP were completed by 281 Iranian participants. The scale structure was evaluated using the goodness of fit by Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA).作为评估高血压治疗依从性的通用量表，HBC-HBP量表此前尚未在伊朗人群中开展过验证研究。方法：本研究共纳入281名伊朗受试者，由其完成人口学问卷及HBC-HBP量表的波斯语、土库曼语与哈萨克语版本的填写。本研究通过探索性因素分析与验证性因素分析（Confirmatory Factor Analysis，CFA）的拟合优度指标，对该量表的结构效度进行了评估。
