Sequencing files from TRAP-seq samples isolated from DHPG-stimulated WT and Fmr1-/y hippocampal slices incubated with vehicle or 200 nM CX-5461 Hippocampal slices were prepared from 4 littermate pairs of WT and Fmr1-/y mice expressing EGFP-L10a in CA1 pyr neurons. Slices were pre-incubated with 200nM CX-5461 or vehicle then stimulated with DHPG to induce LTD. TRAP was performed to isolate ribosome-bound mRNAs.
