当前森林火灾频发并且造成大量人员伤亡和财产资源损失，河南省栾川县属于黄河流域，为河南省重点林区，同时也是河南省重点森林火灾防护区，为了能够更加有效的预防及扑救森林火灾，本文通过对栾川县2004-2018年所有的森林火灾和气象数据进行整理统计，利用Arcgis、SPSS、Excel等分析软件分析，分析并总结得出栾川县森林火灾发生的时空分布规律和气候变化规律，分析当地主要火源及气候因子对森林火灾的影响
