广州市中心城区街道功能性数据集

2015年12月，习近平总书记在中央城市工作会议上强调“坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，坚持人民城市为人民”，城市的街道是人群体验城市建设、感知城市温度的重要空间，街道功能是人群使用时对街道空间的重要需求。街道功能性是衡量一个城市的规划是否以人为本的重要标准。本数据集以广州市中心城区越秀区的街道为研究区域，利用最新年份的大规模Open Street Map开源道路数据，结合开源兴趣点（POI，Point of Interest）数据，计算各条街道的功能承载力、功能多样性，最后统计形成越秀区各条街道包含2个街道功能性指标的数据集。本数据集可为挖掘城市空间规划现存问题、提升城市空间品质提供重要的数据与技术支撑。

In December 2015, General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the Central Urban Work Conference that "we must adhere to the people-centered development philosophy and uphold the principle that cities are built for the people". Urban streets are vital spaces for residents to experience urban construction and perceive the warmth of cities, while street functions represent core needs of users when utilizing street spaces. Street functionality is a critical metric for evaluating whether a city’s planning is people-oriented. This dataset takes the streets in Yuexiu District, the central urban area of Guangzhou, as its research area. It leverages large-scale open-source road data from Open Street Map (OSM) of the most recent year, combined with open-source Point of Interest (POI) data, to calculate the functional carrying capacity and functional diversity of each street, and finally compiles a dataset containing two street functionality indicators for every street in Yuexiu District. This dataset can provide important data and technical support for exploring existing problems in urban spatial planning and improving the quality of urban spaces.
