通过分析充电桩的功率利用率,识别站点的效能类型。基于判定结果,指导运营商调整“待优化”站点的运营策略,降低运维成本并提升充电网络整体利用率。1、数据来源:从东阳创享汽车服务有限公司的东阳创享新能源汽车充电云管理系统中,采集充电桩设备数据和充电桩充电流水数据。 2、数据处理:对采集的数据进行数据清洗,剔除异常数据。基于充电桩id整合设备和充电流水数据,按照充电桩,月份进行数据统计: (1)应用sum函数计算每个充电桩每个月的总充电时长(秒)。 (2)应用sum函数计算每个充电桩每个月的总充电量(kwh)。 3、数据计算: (1)计算总充电时长(小时)=总充电时长(秒)/3600; (2)计算输出功率(kw)=总充电量(kwh)/总充电时长(小时); (3)计算功率利用率(%)=(输出功率(kw)/额定功率(kw))*100‘’ (4)根据效能分级模型对充电桩的效能进行分类。 针对7kw的慢充桩:高效(功率利用率≥80%)、良好(60%≤功率利用率<80%)、待优化(功率利用率<60%); 针对240kw和480kw的快充桩:高效(功率利用率≥20%)、良好(10%≤功率利用率<20%)、待优化(功率利用率<10%)。

This dataset is designed to identify the efficiency categories of charging stations by analyzing the power utilization rate of EV charging piles, and provide guidance for operators to optimize the operation strategies of "to-be-optimized" stations based on the classification results, thereby reducing operation and maintenance costs and enhancing the overall utilization rate of the charging network. 1. Data Source Charging pile equipment data and charging transaction data were collected from the Dongyang Chuangxiang New Energy Vehicle Charging Cloud Management System of Dongyang Chuangxiang Automobile Service Co., Ltd. 2. Data Preprocessing Data cleaning was performed on the collected data to eliminate abnormal data. The equipment data and charging transaction data were integrated based on charging pile IDs, and data statistics were conducted by individual charging pile and month: (1) The SUM function was applied to calculate the total charging duration (in seconds) of each charging pile per month. (2) The SUM function was applied to calculate the total charging energy (in kWh) of each charging pile per month. 3. Data Calculation (1) Calculate total charging duration (in hours) = total charging duration (in seconds) / 3600; (2) Calculate output power (in kW) = total charging energy (in kWh) / total charging duration (in hours); (3) Calculate power utilization rate (in %) = (output power (in kW) / rated power (in kW)) * 100; (4) Classify the efficiency of charging piles according to the efficiency grading model. - For 7kW slow-charging piles: High-efficiency (power utilization rate ≥ 80%), Good (60% ≤ power utilization rate < 80%), To-be-optimized (power utilization rate < 60%); - For 240kW and 480kW fast-charging piles: High-efficiency (power utilization rate ≥ 20%), Good (10% ≤ power utilization rate < 20%), To-be-optimized (power utilization rate < 10%).
