Transcriptomes of mesenteric lymph node WT and Tph1-deficient ILC2s

RNA sequencing of mesenteric natural and inflammatory ILC2s sorted from Il7rCre/+ Tph1flox/flox or Il7rCre/+ control mice-infected with N. brasiliensis ILC2s were sort-purified from mesenteric lymph nodes of Il7rCre/+ Tph1fl/fl and Il7rCre/+ control mice (natural ILC2, nILC2: Lin- CD45+ KLRG1+ ST2+; inflammatory ILC2, iILC2: Lin- CD45+ KLRG1+ ST2-) on day 7 after N. brasiliensis infection.
