Against the backdrop of growing demand for energy conservation in public buildings, establishing a refined management and control system for architectural spaces is one of the effective approaches to achieving energy savings. This product automatically extracts and analyzes spatial and mechanical and electrical (M&E) system data from architectural Building Information Modeling (BIM) models via intelligent algorithms. It combines the actual usage needs of buildings to build a room-level low-carbon operation strategy library, which enables the delivery of BIM-based refined low-carbon management services for buildings and provides reliable data support for the low-carbon operation of M&E systems.
