本数据集包含跨物种海马比较项目中小鼠部分所有数据。海马作为大脑中较为保守的脑区,主要负责记忆以及认知的形成等。不同物种的海马有着显著的差异,并且随着物种的演化,海马的结构也逐步复杂化。小鼠具有典型的海马结构,包括SUB,CA,DG三个部分。在本数据集中,就包含小鼠全海马的空间转录组,单细胞数据以及对应的空间聚类和细胞注释信息。
This dataset contains all data from the mouse subset of the cross-species hippocampus comparison project. As a highly evolutionarily conserved brain region, the hippocampus is primarily responsible for memory formation, cognitive processing, and other related functions. Hippocampi across different species exhibit significant differences, and their structures have gradually become more complex as species evolve. The mouse has a typical hippocampal structure consisting of three subregions: SUB, CA, and DG. This dataset includes spatial transcriptomics, single-cell data, as well as corresponding spatial clustering and cell annotation information for the entire mouse hippocampus.
