本系统提供多组学整合分析解决方案,通过整合基因组、转录组、表观组及空间组学数据,支持时间序列基因表达动态追踪、空间异质性解析、细胞谱系重构,以及三维基因组动态重排对细胞分化的调控机制解析,构建代谢-表观遗传-转录协同调控网络模型,为出生缺陷机制解析、类器官模型优化及再生医学研究策略开发提供跨尺度数据支持,助力发育生物学基础研究与再生医学临床转化。
This system offers multi-omics integrated analysis solutions. By integrating genomic, transcriptomic, epigenomic and spatial omics data, it supports dynamic tracking of time-series gene expression, analysis of spatial heterogeneity, reconstruction of cell lineages, and elucidation of regulatory mechanisms of cell differentiation driven by dynamic rearrangements of three-dimensional (3D) genome. It constructs metabolic-epigenetic-transcriptional collaborative regulatory network models, providing cross-scale data support for elucidating the mechanisms of birth defects, optimizing organoid models, developing research strategies for regenerative medicine, and facilitating basic research in developmental biology and clinical translation of regenerative medicine.
