This dataset is primarily developed to meet the publication requirements of SCI papers for project assessment, and provides transient simulation and test data for SCI Paper 3. The total size of this dataset is approximately 2 GB. This paper proposes a bandgap reference circuit based on the curvature compensation technology of dual-bandgap structure, aiming at the temperature characteristic issues of traditional bandgap reference circuits. Aiming at the high power consumption problem of the dual-bandgap structure, this paper introduces the gate-source voltage difference in the saturation region to realize a first-order compensated bandgap structure with different second-order coefficients, and adopts a self-biased configuration to avoid the use of operational amplifiers, thereby reducing current consumption.
